Yoga is such a key component in my life and has been for 20 years. I incorporate different poses and flows into my life on a daily basis. Here a few that resonate deeply with me!
When it comes to nutrition, my philosophy is very simple! Eat a balanced whole foods diet with a lot of protein. I believe in sourcing high quality food if possible and staying away from anything processed. AND we all need to treat ourselves sometimes as well :)
I am a firm believe in functional movement exercise, balanced/full body workouts, a variety of activities that challenge me in different ways. I realize this looks different for everyone and I hope we can find your perfect combo for you!
My sanctuary! Being outside for me is a non-negotiable. I feel grounded, connected, and energized when I'm outside. One of the best therapies for me is simply being outdoors!
